Instead of uncovering one hidden word, players must work out the words that make up a passage from a well-known literary work. Every Word Is Part of the Mystery

Bookli gives you up to 12 guesses for each word in the passage, but there is a catch: one incorrect answer ends the game. The words do not need to be solved in their original order, so you can tackle whichever part of the passage feels easiest first. That freedom makes it worth scanning the whole text before committing to a guess.

How to Solve the Passage

• Choose a word: Click its letter boxes to select it.
• Enter your guess: Use your keyboard or the on-screen keys.
• Check your answer: Click Check to see whether the word is correct.
• Move between words: Use Tab or Shift+Tab, click another word, or navigate the current guess with the cursor keys.
• Work carefully: You have up to 12 attempts per word, but a single incorrect answer ends the game.
