Ragdoll Sandbox

About Ragdoll Sandbox

Ragdoll Sandbox lets you build wild physics experiments with ragdolls, gadgets, vehicles and strange environments in a creative 3D playground.

Ragdoll Sandbox is a 3D physics simulation where strange ideas can become hilarious experiments. Instead of following one fixed path, you get plenty of freedom to build scenes, place objects, adjust settings, and see how the physics engine reacts.

BUILD YOUR OWN PHYSICS PLAYGROUND

Ragdoll Sandbox gives you an open playground where experimentation matters more than completing one fixed objective. You can place different objects around the map, adjust their properties, and then watch how the ragdoll reacts to the setup.

The fun comes from combining tools in unexpected ways. Cannons can launch objects across the map, giant fans can change their direction, while jump pads and Telepads create new movement possibilities. Cars, lasers, black holes, mines, glass, and destructible pillars add more variables to your experiments.

Game Control

  • Mouse Cursor: Look around
  • WASD: Move
  • Spacebar: Jump
  • E: Interact with objects
  • R: Enter ragdoll mode
  • F: Open the item menu
  • Tab: Enter build mode.

Three Ways to Explore

Different modes offer different ways to enjoy the physics sandbox.

  • Sandbox: Create custom scenes and experiment with a wide selection of objects.
  • Mini-Games: Try short challenges with specific goals and setups.
  • Explorer: Check out pre-built environments without having to construct everything yourself.

Customize Your Ragdoll

Character customization adds another layer to your experiments. Unlockable skins and faces can give your ragdoll a different appearance, while several AI types bring different behaviors into the world. Attackers, Defenders, Seekers, Followers, and Explorers can interact with your creations in different ways. Their movement can also create unexpected moments when several characters and objects share the same space.

From Simple Ideas to Wild Experiments

Part of the appeal comes from starting small. A few objects may be enough for one experiment, while larger setups can involve several interacting systems. Changing one item or adjusting gravity can completely alter the result.

Community-made worlds provide another way to discover new ideas. Custom creations can also be shared, giving players more setups to explore beyond their own experiments.
