Order of Operation Challenge

About Order of Operation Challenge

Order Of Operation Challenge tests your math skills with timed BODMAS/PEMDAS puzzles, four answer choices and four difficulty modes for extra XP.

Order Of Operation Challenge turns order-of-operations practice into a quick test of speed and accuracy. Each round gives you a mathematical expression and four possible answers, but the clock keeps moving while you decide. The key is following the correct sequence instead of trying to calculate everything at once. Whether you're comfortable with PEMDAS or still getting used to BODMAS, the different difficulty modes let you choose a challenge that fits your skill level.

The Right Order Makes the Difference

Every expression should be solved step by step:

  • Brackets/Parentheses - Handle anything inside brackets first.
  • Powers and Square Roots - Calculate exponents and roots next.
  • Multiplication and Division - Work from left to right.

Addition and Subtraction - Finish from left to right.

Pick Your Difficulty

  • Four modes are available, so you can start comfortably and work toward tougher problems:
  • Easy - A good starting point for practicing the basics.
  • Normal - More challenging expressions for regular practice.
  • Hard - Trickier calculations that demand more attention.
  • Pro - The toughest option for players who want to push their skills.

How to Play

Use your mouse or touchpad to select one of the four answers before time runs out. Read the entire expression carefully, apply BODMAS or PEMDAS in the correct order, and choose the answer you think is right.

Each level contains 15 questions. Complete the set to advance, then take on the next level with increasingly challenging calculations.

Order Of Operation Challenge is a simple way to sharpen calculation skills while adding a little pressure to every problem. With four difficulty levels, timed questions, and XP rewards, each round gives you another chance to improve your accuracy and speed.
