Flagle puts your geography knowledge to the test as you uncover a hidden country flag using distance, direction and six total guesses.

Flagle turns the world into one big guessing board. Somewhere behind the covered image sits the flag of a randomly selected country, and your job is to work out which one it is. Six guesses stand between you and the answer.

YOUR FIRST GUESS SETS THE MAP

There is no need to wait for an obvious flag clue before making your opening move. Pick any country from the drop-down list and see what the game gives you.

The result tells you two useful things: the approximate distance to the target and the direction you need to travel. A guess from Europe, for example, could reveal that the mystery country lies thousands of kilometers away in another direction. Your next choice can then be based on that information rather than pure luck.

That makes the gameplay feel more like navigating toward an unknown destination than simply naming flags from memory.

Reading the Puzzle

Flagle gives you three kinds of information, and they work better together than separately.

• Distance: The number of kilometers between your guess and the mystery country.
• Direction: An arrow points toward the target, helping you understand where your next guess should be.
• Flag reveal: More of the covered flag appears when a guess misses, giving you visual details to match with your geography knowledge.

A strong round often comes from switching between these clues. The map information can narrow the region, while the visible colors or patterns can narrow the country.

Six Guesses Change Everything

The six-attempt limit gives the puzzle its tension. An early guess does not need to be correct to be useful, but it should give you information that improves the next one.

After an unsuccessful attempt, look at the newly exposed section of the flag before rushing to the next country. Combine that detail with the distance and arrow. A familiar color combination might suddenly make sense once the geographical range becomes smaller.
